INTRODUCTION TO TRAINER SKILLS COURSE (C & G 7300)

 

DURATION: 3 days fully residential

DELEGATE GROUP: This course is designed for personnel involved in the delivery or development of training or for those wishing to progress in this area.

AIM:   The aim of the course is to provide participants with a sound Introduction to the concepts of a systematic approach to training. This course is ideal for those who train others within organisations.

OBJECTIVES:

Having successfully completed the course the student will:

have gained an understanding and competency in the role and requirements of a trainer
 

  • be able to plan and prepare a twenty-minute training session with full supporting notes and visual aids.
     
  • be able to deliver a twenty-minute training session that will include a demonstration.
     
  • be able to demonstrate competency to a standard acceptable to attain City and Guilds 7300 – Introduction to Trainer Skills.

IT facilities, flip charts, and training notes will be supplied by IFTC.
